We are looking for a Senior Software Tester with 5-7 years of experience, able to do Scripting, Execution and Analysis with Loadrunner tool (HP LR 12.0). Good to have experienced in handling protocols like web, web services and AJAX TruClient. Must have worked with complex data set up using different input sources.

Core Responsibilities of a Senior Software Tester:

• As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for all interdepartmental meetings.
• Interaction with the clients whenever required.
• As a Senior Software Tester, you need to supervise all testing activities carried out by the team and identify team members who require more training.
• Schedule testing activities, create budget for testing and prepare test effort estimations.
• Selection of right test tools after interacting with the clients. Integration of testing and development activities.
• Carry out continuous test process improvement with the help of metrics.
• Check the quality of requirements, how well they are defined.
• Trace test procedures with the help of test traceability matrix.

Education Requirements of a Senior Software Tester:

• Any UG or PG Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Work Experience Requirement of a Senior Software Tester:

• 5 – 7 years of experience as a Senior Software Tester or in a similar role
• Expertise in current Software Testing Tools
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Eye for detail and identifying problems
• An understanding of business
• Analytical and commercial experience
