NISSCO, one of the nation’s leading group purchasing organizations for the janitorial and sanitation industry, was acquired by ebuyxpress in September 2000.

Under Cossaboon’s leadership, NISSCO will become the platform for a nationwide network of distributors bound through a common vision of delivering a full range of facility-related supplies nationwide. A 15-year JanSan/MRO and facilities services veteran, Cossaboon will also guide the development of additional programs and services for the NISSCO membership.

Prior to ebuyxpress, Cossaboon was the President of Building One Services Distribution Subsidiary (NASDAQ: BOSS), where he responsible for managing and negotiating supply systems and procurement on behalf of BOSS’ operating companies. During his tenure, Cossaboon implemented a standardization effort that resulted in Facility Direct, a highly successful B2B marketplace for Jan/San procurement. Cossaboon also created JanSan Online, the first online marketplace providing paper products, equipment and supplies to the janitorial and sanitation industry, which was sold in 1994 to the International Sanitary Supply Association. Cossaboon began his career as President of the Cossaboon Sales Agency, a leading manufacturer representative firm for the industry’s top janitorial, paper, food service and packaging manufacturers.
